Using the Forums

The Forums section provides a way to organize postings into standard categories. You can post comments, mremories, announcements and information concerning Hoover and alumni activities.
To post to a forum:

  1. Log in to the website.
  2. Go to the Forums page.
  3. Select the Post new Forum topic.
  4. Create a descriptive title.
  5. Select the Forum topic you want the post to appear in.
    • Memories - post any memories of your years at Hoover
    • Reunion Announcements - post announcements and updates on reunions
    • Announcements and Newsletters - announcements from the Alumni Association
    • Hoover High School - information about Hoover High School, then and now
    • Missing Classmates - lists of classmates that we have lost track of
    • Memorium - memorial lists
    • Looking for ... - if your looking for information on a classmate, post it here
    • If your post doesn't fit one of these categories, please request one and I will add it admin@hooveralumnisd.org.
  6. Follow the instructions on Authoring Content and Adding images and Attachements.
  7. Preview and save the page when you are ready.
